Two days and still no update for users, it's a shame at that level (of product scale) !

Guys,

GitHub action is a totally broken piece of s !! I know about that broken loops cause I had to deal with it an incredible number of times.

I very often mention OneDev in my comments, and you know what ? Robin solved this issue 3 years ago : https://docs.onedev.io/tutorials/cicd/diagnose-with-web-term...

You can pause your action, connect through a web terminal, and debug/fix things live until it works. Then, you just patch your action easily.

And that’s just one of the many features that make OneDev superior to pretty much every other CI/CD product out there.

I believe the problem is not really Cloudflare or another cloud provider.

The fact is internet was built around the idea that everything should be decentralized in order to be resilient.

Resilient to attacks, resilient to outages or any form of censorship.

So, each time amazon, cloudflare (...) fails, it reminds us that nobody like SPOFs.

> Rich developer spends $15k to run a model slightly faster (jeffgeerling.com)

The title are so funny ! I'm thinking to switch for the time ^^

Inaccurate.

> Apple gave me access to this Mac Studio cluster to test RDMA over Thunderbolt,

Better:

"Engfluencer suggests you spend $15k to run a model slightly faster (jeffgeerling.com)"

More than 6 years users of OneDev (onedev.io).

- Git repo - Ticketing, Kaban - Full helpdesk - Complete and full CI/CD - everything links via custom workflow - self hosted

I still dont know why everyone hasn't switch yet to that banger.

I really wanted to like it but the UI always put me off. Also tending to prefer a more open development model these days. Thankfully at least for dev gitea and forgejo have both come a long way and the CI is pretty decent now (though they still dont have a gui workflow builder!).

What do you feel about the UI ?

OneDev is not fully open (there are some module for paid user), but Robin is truly available, even if the only and main developer, on every ticket you open or feature you request.

I really appreciate its awesome work

I have the same result : performances on Linux are better and this is a real focus for MSFT engineer (Azure has a tons of linux instances running dotnet)

Not almost, every single one ^^

Crazy insane, I love it !

Guys, you should do it with a cockroach ^^ https://makeagif.com/gif/fifth-element-remote-controlled-coc...

What about your first newborn? Can’t wait! xx

One of the most hilarious but accurate article I've read for weeks.

You're kidding ?

I created an google account, use it on my android smartphone and buy some app, many years ago.

It's 2026 and Google still doesn't allow email change.

You cannot change your google email itself .. because there's no other reference to identify you with them. But you can use your email as the "inbox" for all other services. OpenAI doesn't have an "inbox" .. they accept other "inboxes" so they should allow you to change it.

What do you mean? I've changed my email on my Google account a bunch of times.

Google only allows email changes if you didn't create it with a gmail address. When I found this out years ago I immediately scrapped that account and created a new one with a non gmail address before there was too much on the original account.

That might be technically true, but in practice not an issue. I have a Gmail account, so the primary address is fixed because the address is the account, however I use a different address to sign-in, and Google recognises those addresses as being on that account. For pretty much all uses my account has a different email address.
