I just tested whether my router has SIP ALG enabled with a test account on antisip.com (any provider will do), and softphones running on two devices. After initiating a call, I obtained the 'Contact:' IP and port from Wireshark live traces and used a port checker tool to test whether the router set up a forwarding rule.
