France is 7th, Italy 12, Germany 15. Unfortunately not able to find a combined rating for the EU yet. A guess would be around 5. Which admittedly is not that great given the size and wealth. I personally would like to see it at 4.

I think Russia is overrated. They certainly are high on the aggressive level, but that doesn't make them stronger when push comes to shove.

Europe not only lacks military power, but also ability to reach consensus to use its military.
